Tanggung Jawab
- Develop accurate 2D and 3D architectural models and detailed drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Ensure all drafting work strictly complies with Australian Standards (e.g., AS 1100, AS 1428) and local building codes.
- Produce comprehensive plans, elevations, sections, and details for construction documentation.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design conflicts and ensure project coherence.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy.
- Perform site measurements and takeoffs for material estimation purposes.
- Prepare and organize technical documentation and as-built drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter with a strong portfolio of Revit models.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Advanced level) and AutoCAD.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards for architectural drafting.
- Excellent command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Valid professional ID or certification in drafting/architecture is a plus.
