Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and update detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, and sections using CAD/BIM software.
- Support the design team in drawing coordination to ensure accuracy across all project stages.
- Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring all files are current and accessible.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to incorporate design changes efficiently.
- Perform site measurements and translate data into accurate technical drawings.
- Maintain compliance with local building codes and standard drafting practices.
- Assist in the preparation of submission drawings for relevant authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD and/or 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit).
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting project deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in technical drafting.
- Recent graduates or junior drafters with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
