Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, schematics, and project specifications using CAD/BIM software
- Create comprehensive building layouts optimizing spatial efficiency and structural integrity
- Coordinate with structural engineers and MEP consultants to integrate design systems
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations
- Conduct site assessments and prepare feasibility studies for new developments
- Prepare tender documentation and technical specifications for construction contracts
- Review and validate contractor submissions for design compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in port/industrial architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and safety regulations
- Experience with sustainable design principles (Green Mark certification preferred)
- Proven ability to manage complex technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
