We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Architectural Engineer to join The Supreme HR Advisory. In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of our architectural projects, supervising complex works, coordinating with diverse project teams, and ensuring the seamless management of site progress. You will be responsible for upholding rigorous standards of construction quality and ensuring strict compliance with all applicable construction standards and regulations.
As a key technical contributor, you will bridge the gap between design concepts and on-site execution. You will oversee the detailed planning of architectural elements, collaborate with structural and MEP engineers to resolve technical challenges, and manage the progression of projects from the drawing board to completion. We value professionals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving projects forward while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise architectural works on-site and in the office to ensure design specifications are met.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, structural engineers, and internal stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Monitor daily site progress, conduct quality control inspections, and address any technical issues immediately.
- Ensure full compliance with national building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, reports, and technical documentation.
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Liaise with clients to provide technical updates and address inquiries regarding architectural standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural engineering or construction supervision.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM or design software.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore’s building control regulations and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
