China State Construction Engineering Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer (ARC Engineer) to join our project execution team in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and coordinating architectural construction works. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that architectural designs are seamlessly translated into high-quality, physical realities on site, adhering to both international engineering standards and local regulations.
As an ARC Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and design consultants to streamline workflows, resolve design discrepancies, and maintain strict quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and coordinate architectural construction works to ensure timely design implementation on-site.
- Review, interpret, and manage architectural drawings, specifications, and related technical documents.
- Liaise and coordinate with design consultants, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve design and engineering discrepancies.
- Prepare, review, and submit detailed shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for approval.
- Oversee architectural site installations and finishes, ensuring they align with approved designs and quality parameters.
- Collaborate closely with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to ensure structural and design integration.
- Assist in progress reporting, material estimations, and cost-control measures for architectural scopes of work.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an ARC Engineer, Architectural Engineer, or Site Coordinator on major construction projects.
- Proficiency in design and engineering software, including AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and MS Project.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural construction methods, materials, and international building codes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage site-level challenges.
- Ability to work professionally in a multicultural project environment; fluency in English is highly desirable.
- Willingness to be based at the project site in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
