Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for engineering safety and operational excellence? Indospec Asia is seeking a dedicated Lifting Equipment Inspector to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance of all lifting machinery used in our operations. You will play a crucial part in preventing workplace accidents by conducting rigorous inspections and maintaining high standards of equipment health. We are looking for a candidate who can combine technical expertise with a strong commitment to safety protocols to support our industrial goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive visual and functional inspections of cranes, forklifts, hoists, and lifting accessories.
- Document inspection results, identify defects, and issue necessary repair or maintenance requests.
- Ensure all lifting equipment complies with local safety regulations (SNI) and international standards (OSHA/ISO).
- Verify load charts, weight capacities, and operating parameters before lifting operations begin.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and root cause analysis.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper equipment handling and safety procedures.
- Conduct annual or periodic certification tests for lifting machinery as required by authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid certification as a Lifting Equipment Inspector or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in inspecting heavy industrial machinery.
- Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, load charts, and safety manuals.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
