Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all architectural works on-site to ensure full compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality control standards across all architectural components.
- Review and interpret architectural and shop drawings to identify potential construction conflicts before they arise.
- Ensure that all on-site activities strictly adhere to safety regulations, local building codes, and project timelines.
- Manage the submission and approval process for material samples, mock-ups, and technical documentation.
- Prepare detailed site progress reports and provide technical guidance to site supervisors and sub-contractors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural site supervision or construction management for building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of Singapore building codes, BCA requirements, and construction standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to site management and coordination.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure in a site environment.
