Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop architectural plans for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings
- Collaborate with structural/mechanical engineers to ensure integrated design solutions
- Create detailed construction documents using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for project requirements
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet design objectives
- Review and optimize building systems for efficiency and sustainability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building design
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes and UBC/IBC standards
- Experience with commercial/residential/mixed-use project types
- Professional registration (PAM or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
