Join Suarga Sustainable Boutique Resort as an Architectural & Engineering Drafter and contribute to our vision of eco-conscious luxury hospitality. We seek a technically skilled professional fluent in English to transform architectural concepts into precise technical drawings. This role is pivotal in our sustainability-driven projects, requiring meticulous attention to detail and collaboration with engineers to ensure regulatory compliance and innovative design execution. You'll work in Bali's vibrant hospitality industry, supporting the creation of environmentally responsible structures that harmonize with Bali's natural landscape. Ideal candidates will bring creativity to technical documentation while maintaining industry standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed architectural and engineering drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural feasibility and compliance
- Develop construction documentation including plans, elevations, and sections
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Prepare material schedules and cost estimation documentation
- Integrate sustainable design principles into technical drawings
- Maintain organized project archives and drawing repositories
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional drafting experience in architectural/engineering fields
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Experience with sustainable design practices preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating technical drafting capabilities required
