Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine architectural design concepts, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, schedules, and specifications for various phases of development.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and verify adherence to design specifications and building codes.
- Manage authority submissions, ensuring full compliance with local building regulations and planning requirements.
- Utilize advanced BIM and CAD software to produce high-quality 2D and 3D architectural representations.
- Provide support in project administration, including the preparation of tender documentation and project reports.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in an architectural practice, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.
- Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, planning regulations, and construction detailing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate client and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project timelines and deadlines simultaneously.
