We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural / Interior Design Estimator to join our dynamic team at Bureau Veritas. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in translating creative design concepts into precise, actionable cost projections and technical specifications. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between the design team and project management. You will be tasked with analyzing complex architectural drawings, interior design layouts, and technical specifications to generate comprehensive cost estimates. This involves a deep understanding of construction materials, labor rates, and local market trends. By providing accurate data, you will empower decision-makers to allocate resources efficiently and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural and interior design blueprints, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project scope and deliverables.
- Research and source material costs, labor rates, and equipment rentals to ensure estimates reflect current market conditions.
- Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost overruns or savings opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review tender documents, subcontractor proposals, and change orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure all cost estimates adhere to Bureau Veritas' quality assurance protocols and relevant local building codes.
- Prepare regular progress reports and cost summaries for stakeholders and senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in architectural or interior design estimating, quantity surveying, or cost engineering.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Procore) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and modern building techniques.
- Excellent numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data accurately.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
