In this role, you will play a critical part in the pre-construction phase, analyzing complex design documents to produce accurate cost estimates. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural and interior design blueprints, specifications, and CAD drawings to quantify project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and sub-contractor fees.
- Conduct thorough site visits to assess project conditions and potential financial risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to optimize value engineering and budget alignment.
- Review tender documents and participate in bidding processes to ensure competitive and accurate proposals.
- Maintain a database of current material costs and industry benchmarks to improve estimation accuracy.
- Provide regular reporting on project budget status and potential cost fluctuations to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction estimation, quantity surveying, or project cost management.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift) and AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction standards, building materials, and local market pricing.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to effectively liaise with international clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting strict deadlines.
