Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee on-site architectural and interior design implementation to ensure compliance with blueprints and approved specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors to resolve technical design conflicts in real-time.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and material adherence.
- Manage project documentation, including daily reports, site logs, and progress photos.
- Monitor safety protocols on-site to ensure full alignment with Bureau Veritas HSE standards.
- Review material quality and provide professional recommendations for on-site adjustments.
- Maintain clear communication channels between the design office and construction teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in site supervision, preferably within large-scale commercial or residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural/interior design drawings and technical documents.
- Deep understanding of local building codes and Indonesian construction safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design and project management software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
