Join Teamworx Indonesia as an Architectural Modeler (Revit) and transform conceptual designs into precise digital models. We seek a detail-oriented professional to prepare, develop, and finalize scaled engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams that meet client specifications and industry standards. This role requires expertise in Revit to create accurate 3D models that support architectural projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with design requirements while maintaining efficient workflows. Ideal candidates combine technical proficiency with creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional architectural documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed architectural models using Revit software
- Develop scaled drawings and schematics per project requirements
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure model accuracy
- Revise models based on client feedback and design changes
- Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards
- Manage project documentation and version control
- Prepare presentation materials for client reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Revit modeling experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Knowledge of architectural drafting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Ability to interpret technical specifications
