In this role, you will play a crucial part in the lifecycle of our construction projects by ensuring all architectural documentation complies with local building codes and government regulations.
As an Architectural Permit Staff, you will act as the bridge between our technical teams and government authorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and submission of Architectural Building Permits (IMB) and related technical documents to local government agencies.
- Coordinate with government officials and surveyors regarding zoning regulations, building standards, and site inspections.
- Review architectural drawings and technical specifications to ensure full compliance with technical standards.
- Manage and maintain a digital and physical filing system for all permit applications and project documentation.
- Follow up on application statuses, respond to inquiries, and resolve administrative bottlenecks efficiently.
- Collaborate with the design team to update permit details as project specifications evolve.
- Conduct research on new building codes and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture Engineering (Teknik Arsitektur) or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; maximum 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian building regulations (UU PBG) and local zoning laws.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
