Tanggung Jawab
- Project Planning & Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts, managing expectations, and incorporating feedback effectively.
- Design Oversight: Monitor the design process to ensure it aligns with architectural standards, building codes, and client requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project documentation and construction processes comply with local government regulations and safety standards.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure quality control.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD), BIM (Revit), and 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate with external vendors.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex problems and adapt to changing project requirements.
