We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician to join our remote team supporting a prestigious Australian client. In this role, you will play a critical part in the project lifecycle, leveraging your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and data management to ensure seamless project delivery and coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating conceptual designs into precise technical drawings and digital models. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D architectural models using BIM software (Revit, Archicad, or AutoCAD).
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, sections, elevations, and floor plans for construction documentation.
- Manage and organize project data effectively, ensuring version control and accessibility for the project team.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes and integration issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections (if required) to verify progress and adherence to design specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and cost estimates based on project drawings.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with Australian building standards and client requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or Drafter, with a strong portfolio of BIM projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and local building codes.
- Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with international clients or Australian standards is a plus.
