We are seeking an experienced Architecture Analyst (Windows Imaging) to join our team in Metro Manila. In this impactful role, you will design, implement, and optimize enterprise Windows imaging solutions that support thousands of users across the organization.
What Youâll Do
You will take ownership of the Windows desktop architecture, leveraging industry-leading tools such as MECM, Autopilot, and Intune. Working closely with crossâfunctional teams, you will ensure secure, efficient, and automated deployment of Windows environments while driving standardization and best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect Windows imaging solutions for enterprise-scale deployment and management.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) for OS imaging, patch management, and application delivery.
- Implement Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune for modern, cloud-driven device provisioning.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to define desktop standards, compliance, and hardening guidelines.
- Automate build and capture processes using task sequences, PowerShell, and scripting.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of Windows images across diverse hardware models.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and mentorship to desktop engineering teams.
- Document architecture, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows desktop engineering or architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
- Working knowledge of Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
- Deep understanding of Windows 10/11 imaging, customization, and deployment lifecycle.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (preferred).
