Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality visual and technical standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to develop innovative design solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using CAD and BIM software.
- Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and material research to inform design decisions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure project delivery.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in architecture or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing full architectural project cycles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Suite).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design skills and technical competence.
- Valid Architect license (required for practice in Indonesia).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
