Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural designs, blueprints, and construction documentation for large-scale projects.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site technical issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Manage architectural project schedules and ensure all milestones are achieved within set deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and cost estimations for project stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability standards.
- Utilize advanced BIM modeling tools to create accurate 3D representations and construction simulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
- Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM software suites.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations, building codes, and material standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Possession of SKA (Sertifikat Keahlian) is highly preferred.
