- Acquire new retail franchisees through targeted market research and strategic outreach
- Manage existing franchisee relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory growth targets
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or franchise development
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with client relationship expertise
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
