Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new Retail Franchisee partners within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing franchisees to ensure account retention.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor operational standards, brand compliance, and inventory management.
- Provide strategic coaching and support to franchisees to help them achieve their sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless supply chain and transport logistics for all outlets.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales performance, area growth, and market challenges for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the retail or franchise sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and expansion targets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area in Metro Manila as required.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and local market dynamics in the Philippines.
