Join Danone as an Area Business Manager and lead our growth strategy in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in Balikpapan territory
- Manage and expand key distributor/partner relationships to ensure market penetration
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform business decisions
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve KPIs through coaching and performance management
- Optimize distribution networks and retail execution across multiple channels
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute localized promotional campaigns
- Monitor budget adherence and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG sales management with proven track record
- Deep knowledge of East Kalimantan market dynamics and distribution networks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
