Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the Balikpapan area.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to ensure they meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize product positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to forecast trends and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to align on business goals and ensure brand consistency.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and regulatory standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and formulate actionable business plans.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Residency in Balikpapan or immediate willingness to relocate.
