- Develop and execute effective business strategies to achieve sales targets within the Bengkulu region.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of insurance professionals to drive consistent performance and professional growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market expansion within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, and clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
- Ensure all business operations adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on performance metrics and regional business development progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams or regional operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- High level of professional integrity and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under a contract-based structure while demonstrating long-term commitment to business goals.
