Are you a seasoned leader in the fintech or banking sector with a passion for driving operational excellence? Kredivo Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Collection Manager to join our high-performing team in Jakarta Barat. As a key player in our collections division, you will be responsible for overseeing regional performance, optimizing recovery strategies, and mentoring a high-impact team to meet and exceed ambitious organizational targets.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our portfolios by implementing data-driven recovery tactics while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. You will foster a culture of productivity and professional growth, serving as the bridge between regional field operations and executive management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily collections operations within the designated area to ensure target achievement.
- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize NPL (Non-Performing Loans) and improve collection efficiency.
- Monitor team performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive coaching to team members.
- Analyze regional collection data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure all collection activities strictly adhere to company policies, internal compliance standards, and local financial regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Credit Risk, to streamline recovery processes.
- Manage operational budgets and resource allocation within the assigned territory.
- Prepare regular reports and performance presentations for senior management regarding regional collection health.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in collections, credit management, or debt recovery, preferably within the fintech or banking industry.
- Proven track record in a leadership role, managing a team of collection officers or field collectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data to drive decision-making.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian consumer credit regulations and collection ethics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and data visualization platforms.
