We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Coordinator to oversee operations in the Bandung region.
As an Area Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our corporate strategy and field execution. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our outlets maintain the highest standards of excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational activities across multiple store locations in Bandung.
- Monitor and drive sales performance to ensure regional targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and brand guidelines.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate store teams to provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze sales data and inventory reports to optimize stock levels and product placement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute regional promotional campaigns effectively.
- Maintain high standards of outlet cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Prepare and submit detailed performance reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the vape or lifestyle retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Bandung area.
- High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Deep understanding of the local retail market dynamics in West Java.
