NIXX is a dynamic company operating in the Vape industry, established through a strategic collaboration between Jakarta Vapor Shop (JVS) Group Indonesia and the renowned celebrity Raffi Ahmad. We are currently looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Area Coordinator to join our team in Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the operational efficiency and sales performance of retail outlets across your designated territory, ensuring that our brand standards are consistently upheld.
As an Area Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between our headquarters and field operations. You will lead a team of retail professionals, drive sales growth, and ensure that our products reach our customers with excellence. We are seeking a leader who is passionate about the retail sector and possesses the strategic mindset to contribute to our expanding market presence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and sales performance of retail outlets within the assigned area to ensure KPIs are met.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with logistics for timely product replenishment.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, regional staff, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management, sales supervision, or area coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; English proficiency is a plus).
- Familiarity with the Vape or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic inventory management software.
- Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle are required for frequent travel between locations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
