Ecossential Foods Corp. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Distribution Specialist to lead our operations in Guimaras. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary driver of our commercial success in the region, overseeing the end-to-end Route-to-Market (R2M) strategy. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated sales territory, ensuring the achievement of strict Sales Targets (STT), and leading a team of field representatives. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing innovative marketing programs that enhance our brand visibility and drive product penetration. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize daily route planning to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency within the Guimaras territory.
- Drive the achievement of Sales Targets (STT) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through strategic execution.
- Implement and monitor Route-to-Market strategies to improve market share and distribution depth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the performance of field sales representatives and delivery personnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotional programs and trade activations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate delivery schedules to key retail partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales, distribution, or field management.
- Proven track record in Route-to-Market (R2M) implementation and sales target achievement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the province.
- Familiarity with sales management software and MS Office applications.
