In this critical role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our Luzon company-owned fleet, which includes executive cars, vans, and service vehicles. You will ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency, safety, and reliability through meticulous planning and execution of testing, commissioning, repair, and maintenance programs. Your primary goal will be to maximize vehicle uptime while strictly controlling costs.
As an Area Fleet Coordinator, you will act as the key liaison between drivers, maintenance teams, and senior management, guaranteeing that our fleet is always road-ready and fully compliant with all regulatory and safety standards. By optimizing vehicle lifecycles and strategically minimizing downtime, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and uninterrupted flow of our business operations across Luzon.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the Luzon fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and availability.
- Manage the scheduling of testing, commissioning, repairs, and preventive maintenance for all company-owned vehicles (executive cars, vans, and service vehicles).
- Monitor vehicle performance and condition, reporting issues to management and coordinating corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records, including service history, registration, and compliance documents.
- Liaise with external service providers and repair shops to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.
- Assist in the procurement of vehicle parts and supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained within budget.
- Ensure all fleet operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Supervisor, or similar role in a logistics, manufacturing, or transport environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, preventative maintenance schedules, and fleet management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and fleet management software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with drivers, mechanics, and senior management.
- Willingness to travel across the Luzon region for field inspections and on-site troubleshooting.
- Valid professional driver's license is a strong plus.
