- Lead and develop store leaders to achieve performance targets and career growth
- Execute corporate initiatives through cross-functional partnerships with marketing, operations, and HR
- Monitor store KPIs including sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Implement visual merchandising and operational standards across assigned stores
- Conduct regular store visits for performance audits and coaching sessions
- Develop area-specific action plans to drive sales growth and operational efficiency
- Manage succession planning and talent pipeline for retail management roles
- Analyze market competition and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field
- 3+ years of retail management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills with experience in retail KPI monitoring and reporting
- Proven ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems (ERP, POS)
- Understanding of Jakarta retail market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
