In this pivotal role, you will oversee and drive procurement strategies for the regional branch, ensuring cost-effective sourcing while maintaining high-quality standards for production.
As the Area Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of procurement professionals, managing critical supplier relationships, and implementing process improvements to support the company’s aggressive growth objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and mitigate supply chain risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional procurement strategies aligned with the company's long-term business goals and budget.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of procurement specialists to drive operational excellence.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier onboarding.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure material availability and optimal inventory levels.
- Implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard the supply chain against disruptions.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of managing procurement operations in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to secure favorable contracts and terms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office suite.
