Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and develop store leaders and store heads through structured coaching and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corporate initiatives and operational standards
- Analyze regional sales data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising guidelines, and customer service standards
- Drive employee engagement and retention through leadership development programs
- Coordinate inventory management and stock optimization across assigned locations
- Report on regional performance metrics and recommend strategic improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years retail/hospitality management experience with team leadership
- Proven track record in performance coaching and developing store management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and operational data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and inventory management systems
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments on strategic projects
