Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee kitchen operations across multiple restaurant locations specializing in Indonesian Nusantara and Japanese cuisine
  • Develop and implement standardized recipes, cooking procedures, and presentation standards
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards
  • Control food costs, inventory management, and waste reduction initiatives
  • Collaborate with restaurant managers to develop seasonal menus and promotional offerings
  • Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Address customer feedback related to food quality and dining experience

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in kitchen management, preferably in Indonesian and/or Japanese cuisine
  • Proven track record of managing multiple kitchen locations or large-scale kitchen operations
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Nusantara and Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients, and traditions
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and staff development
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation (HACCP, ServSafe, or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during peak business hours
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
