As an Area Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will be responsible for overseeing floor performance, ensuring safety standards are met, and driving efficiency within our Greenstrum initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily operations within the designated area to meet production and service targets.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Mentor and coach team members to drive individual and team performance excellence.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and implement improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless movement of materials and transport logistics.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Maintain equipment integrity and oversee routine maintenance schedules within the assigned zone.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or transport.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic production management software.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a significant advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Laguna and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
