You will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance, operational excellence, and team culture across your assigned territory. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant sites within the Central Region.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers to improve leadership performance and staff retention.
  • Analyze P&L reports and operational data to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, food quality, and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales growth.
  • Conduct regular site visits to provide constructive feedback and ensure store excellence.
  • Lead recruitment and talent development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 5 years of experience in multi-site management within the QSR or casual dining industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor large teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of food safety regulations and workplace compliance standards.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and brand consistency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites in the Central Region.
