Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant sites within the Central Region.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers to improve leadership performance and staff retention.
- Analyze P&L reports and operational data to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, food quality, and brand standards.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales growth.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide constructive feedback and ensure store excellence.
- Lead recruitment and talent development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
Kualifikasi
- At least 5 years of experience in multi-site management within the QSR or casual dining industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor large teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and workplace compliance standards.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and brand consistency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites in the Central Region.
