- Drive sales growth across all beauty clinics through strategic planning and execution
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple beauty clinics to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement promotional strategies for services, products, and special offers
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to clinic managers and staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Manage budgets and financial performance for assigned clinics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or beauty industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and services
