- Drive sales growth across all clinics by promoting services, products, and special offers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinic managers to ensure high team performance.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess operations and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to launch effective promotional campaigns.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
- Manage regional budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or area management roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
