As the Area Manager, you will be the face of our operations, ensuring that every property under your jurisdiction meets our high standards for guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue performance. You will lead on-site teams, manage vendor relationships, and play a pivotal role in scaling our footprint in Southern Bali. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the problem-solving skills required to manage high-end property portfolios.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties in the Bingin, Uluwatu, Ungasan, and Pecatu areas.
- Manage, train, and mentor on-site staff to ensure a world-class guest experience.
- Monitor property performance, including occupancy rates, revenue targets, and guest review scores.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to ensure property standards are maintained at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase direct bookings and visibility.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries and escalate issues to ensure rapid resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management, villa operations, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in multiple locations.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Deep knowledge of the South Bali tourism and property market (Uluwatu, Bingin, Pecatu).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue management systems.
- Willingness to be mobile and travel between properties in the Badung region daily.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
