Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and financial inclusion? Bina Artha Ventura is seeking a high-performing and strategic Area Manager to oversee our operations in Blora, Jawa Tengah.

As an Area Manager, you will serve as the pivotal link between our Head Office and local field teams. You will be responsible for translating high-level business strategies into actionable work plans, ensuring that our targets, budgets, and operational standards are not only met but exceeded. This is a critical leadership role that requires strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of the retail/financial services landscape, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve peak performance.

You will play a central role in maintaining operational efficiency, monitoring regional performance metrics, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth within your assigned territory.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive work plans to achieve regional growth targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate directly with Business Support and Operations departments at the Head Office to align regional strategies with corporate goals.
  • Manage and optimize operational budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and evaluate field performance, providing timely feedback and coaching to branch teams.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and risk management frameworks.
  • Prepare regular analytical reports on performance trends, market conditions, and competition.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in microfinance, retail, or banking sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in managing budgets, targets, and financial reporting.
  • Proven track record of managing geographically dispersed teams and driving performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep familiarity with the Blora local market dynamics and business landscape is highly preferred.
  • High level of integrity, professional maturity, and dedication to excellence.
