Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to ensure the achievement of sales and operational targets.
- Coordinate closely with the Head Office Business Support and Operations departments to ensure alignment on budgets and work plans.
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management to branch managers and team members within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, local regulations, and risk management frameworks.
- Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery speed.
- Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders and communities to enhance brand presence and service reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, or retail operations.
- Strong understanding of the business landscape in the Brebes and Pemalang regions.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of managing budgets and exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and regional reporting software.
