Bina Artha Ventura is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee our strategic operations in the Brebes Kota and Pemalang regions. In this critical leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our regional success, ensuring that our business objectives align seamlessly with the operational standards set by our Head Office.

As an Area Manager, you will lead high-performing teams, optimize regional workflows, and ensure the consistent delivery of our financial services. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable managing budgets, driving sales targets, and fostering a culture of high performance within the team. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to ensure the achievement of sales and operational targets.
  • Coordinate closely with the Head Office Business Support and Operations departments to ensure alignment on budgets and work plans.
  • Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management to branch managers and team members within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain strict compliance with company policies, local regulations, and risk management frameworks.
  • Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery speed.
  • Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders and communities to enhance brand presence and service reach.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, or retail operations.
  • Strong understanding of the business landscape in the Brebes and Pemalang regions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of managing budgets and exceeding performance targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and regional reporting software.
