Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive operational audits across assigned stations to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Optimize logistics operations to minimize costs while maximizing service delivery
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve operational KPIs and business objectives
- Monitor and analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as primary liaison between stations and corporate leadership for alignment on policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within manufacturing or logistics
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management software
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
