Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of assigned bakeshop branches to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company standards
- Lead, train, and motivate branch teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high service quality
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and supply chain logistics for multiple locations
- Conduct regular branch audits and ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational protocols
- Develop action plans to address operational challenges and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present actionable insights to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in food/beverage sector
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and operational metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Knowledge of local market conditions and consumer preferences in Cebu region
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
