Role Overview

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with the Business Support and Operations Section at the Head Office regarding targets, budgets, and work plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Branch Managers and field teams to achieve performance goals.
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding market reach in the Cilacap area.
- Monitor loan portfolio quality and implement strategies to minimize non-performing loans.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze regional market trends and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Conduct regular field visits to oversee operations and provide on-ground support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the microfinance or banking industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably as a Branch Manager or Area Manager.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to be based in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah and conduct regular field travel.
