Nusantara Sakti Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager for its Collections Division in East Java. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the branch network within your assigned region. You will lead a team of collection officers, ensuring they adhere to company policies while effectively recovering outstanding debts. Your primary goal is to achieve the monthly collection targets set by management.
As the Area Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, analyzing performance data to optimize collection processes and foster a high-performance culture. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise the performance of collection officers across all branches within the East Java area.
- Develop and execute effective collection strategies to maximize recoveries and meet monthly KPIs.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve team skills, morale, and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to non-performing loans (NPL) and outstanding accounts.
- Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to manage escalated or difficult accounts.
- Ensure all collection activities strictly adhere to company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or credit control management.
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and area management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred for site visits.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
