- Oversee daily hub operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs and service targets
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize distribution networks
- Develop and execute regional operational improvement strategies
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for assigned territories
- Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to quality control procedures
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or similar operational excellence programs preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems and operational management software
