As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, optimizing store performance, and developing your team to deliver outstanding results. You'll work closely with store managers to implement effective strategies, monitor operational excellence, and maintain high standards of service across all Digimap locations in East Java.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily operations of Digimap retail stores in East Java
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain operational standards and address issues
- Manage inventory control and merchandising to optimize product availability
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management with at least 2 years in an area management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and mentoring
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service
- Familiarity with East Java market and local business environment
- Proficiency in retail management software and analytical tools
