Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to drive sales growth and profitability across all managed outlets.
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, taking proactive measures to address variances.
- Oversee the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and service excellence.
- Provide mentorship and training to store managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high employee engagement.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure facility standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance are met at all times.
- Manage inventory control, cost of goods sold (COGS), and labor budgets to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional promotions and boost customer retention rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a multi-unit management role within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret P&L statements and operational reports.
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating diverse teams to achieve company KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.
