You will mentor store managers, optimize profit and loss (P&L) performance, and ensure every outlet maintains the high standards of quality and service that our brand is known for.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic oversight for multiple F&B outlets to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies to meet and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize P&L performance, including labor costs, food cost control, and waste management.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate Store Managers to foster a high-performance culture and leadership pipeline.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with corporate departments (HR, Marketing, Supply Chain) to execute regional promotional campaigns and staffing requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in multi-site management within the F&B or retail restaurant industry.
- Deep understanding of P&L management, budget forecasting, and operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate diverse teams and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strategic thinker with a strong sense of urgency and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and F&B inventory management software.
