Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple Boost Juice outlets in the assigned area
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient supply chain management
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain brand standards and operational excellence
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive customer traffic
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in F&B
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office applications
